PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive, curing composition less prone to be affected by manufacturing conditions and therefore having a small dependence upon manufacturing conditions, and also to provide a semiconductive roller using the same composition. SOLUTION: This semiconductive, curing composition and this semiconductive roller using the same composition comprises (A) a polymer having at least one alkenyl group in a molecule and having oxyalkylene units or saturated hydrocarbon ones as main chain-constituting repeating units, (B) a curing agent having two or more hydrosilyl groups in a molecule, (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst and (D) carbon black showing <=pH 5.
