摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an unevenness of a thickness of a belt at the time of molding and to eliminate the step of covering a cylindrical die with a tube of an unvulcanized rubber by covering an outer surface of the die in a layer state with a raw material unvulcanized rubber composition while moving the die in a direction substantially perpendicular to an extruding direction of the composition. SOLUTION: A crosshead 3 has an outer cylinder 21 and an inner cylinder at an axial center of a direction substantially perpendicular to a direction for extruding an unvulcanized rubber composition 6 from an extruder, and is mounted at an end of the extruder with a flange 29. A cylindrical space is formed between the cylinder 21 and the inner cylinder. The composition 6 extruded from the extruder is formed in a cylindrical state in the space, and extruded to its end. A die 5 is inserted from one end of the crosshead 2 into the inner cylinder, moved at a predetermined speed, an outer surface of the die is covered with the cylindrical composition in a predetermined thickness by a thickness regulating means 11 at the other end of the inner cylinder, and an unvulcanized rubber belt molding 7 is formed.
