PREPARATION OF FOAMED MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of parts for a jig and to decrease man-hour while accuracy for positioning and leakproof effect of a foamed resin are kept at least the same level as the conventional one. SOLUTION: A skin 1 and a core material 2 are positioned and fixed on the bottom mold 60 by hooking the core material 2 on the core material hooking part for a jig 5 and by hooking the mold face hooking part 51 for a jig 5 on the recessed part of the bottom mold 60 and the peripheral edge part of an opening 10 of the skin 1 is placed between the mold face of the top mold 61 and the surface of the core material 2 by clamping the top mold 61 and the bottom mold 60 to mold a foamed molding. As the core material 2 can be positioned and fixed with high accuracy in the mold by only one jig 5 and the peripheral edge part of the opening 10 of the skin 1 can be pinched by a wide area, sealability is improved.
