PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire reducing rolling resistance and with small electric resistance, without deteriorating comfortableness. SOLUTION: A tire comprises a carcass 6 reaching a bead core 5 of a bead part 4 from a tread part 2 via a side wall part 3 and a belt structural body B arranged in a tire radial direction outer side of the carcass 6 and in the inward of the tread part 2. A tread rubber includes a cap rubber layer 10 consisting of rubber material reinforced by silica, base rubber layer 11 arranged in an inner side of the cap rubber layer 10 and consisting of rubber material with small loss tangent (tanδ), and a through part 12 extended to penetrate both the base/cap rubber layers 11, 10 from the belt structural body and with an outer end face 12a serving as a part of a tread grounded surface 2a. The through part 12 consists of conductive rubber material of less than 1×108 (Ωcm) volume specific resistance.
