PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve hardness and abrasion resistance of surfaces of a stationary member and a revolving member contacting a race. SOLUTION: A ball 26 is held by a pair of ball rolling grooves 24c and 25c in between a pair of race members 24 and 25, and in this state, these are interposed between race supporting parts 10b1 and 20a. A surface 10b4 of an opening edge part of a stationary member 10b is in contact with a back surface of the ball rolling groove 24c. A surface 20a1 of an end plate 20a of a revolving member 20 is in contact with a back surface of the ball rolling groove 25c. A hardening treatment means A such as a hard anodic oxide coating, a primary crystal silicon structure, a eutectic silicon structure, or a work hardened layer is comprised on the surfaces 10b4 and 20a1.
