PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repeating contraction and restoring utilizing elasticity of the synthetic resin foaming body, and simply and rapidly fill air into a mat and the like by arranging an inlet valve and a exhaust valve aside on an air bag having airtightness, and housing a synthetic resin foaming body having open cell property therein. SOLUTION: An air bag A is formed in a desired shape using a synthetic resin made sheet having flexibility and airtightness. Synthetic resin foaming body B having open cell property and having strong restoring force after it is crushed, is stored in the air bag a. When the whole of an air pump is crushed, a valve plate 2 of an inlet valve C is closed, and a valve plate 2 of a exhaust valve D is opened. When a push-press condition is released, the valve plate 2 of the inlet valve C is opened, and the valve plate 2 of the exhaust valve D is closed. In this time, the air bag A is started to expand, and restored in an original condition. A plug body 1 of the inlet valve 2 is set to a plug pulling condition. Contraction and restore are repeated utilizing elasticity of the synthetic resin foaming body, and air is automatically filled.
