PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oily solid cosmetic in which gloss of coating film is suppressed, having natural mat feeling and excellent in usability in using and packing and forming properties. SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic comprises (A) 5-25 wt.% low-melting point wax, (B) 10-50 wt.% plate-like powder, (C) 5-25 wt.% spherical powder. In the cosmetic, appearance of cosmetic itself is not white and finishing of make up film in applying is not white and unnatural and natural mat feeling is obtained and usability and packing and forming properties are excellent.
