PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for roller member in which a burr and a difference in steps generated at the time of injection molding do not affect sheet conveyance, the roller member, and a sheet conveyance device and a picture image formation device provided with the roller member. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a cylindrical roller member 17 which follows and rotates by pressing a sheet P against a conveyance roller, the roller member 17 having a cylindrical part 17b and a wall part 17c crossing it is injection-molded by a molding die in which substantially same position as the wall part 17c becomes a die split face PL, and a dimension of an outside diameter of a cylinder of the die split face PL becomes smaller than a dimension of an outside diameter of the other cylinder due to the shrinkage after molding.
