PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve riding comfort of an occupant by reducing an unsprung mass, so that control stability at rolling time can be improved. SOLUTION: This device comprises an axle housing 12 erected in a first/ second suspension beam 18, 28 bonded to an air spring arranged in a side frame, pair of radius rods 31, 31, and a stabilizer 32 securing a base end of first/second stabilizer arm 34, 36 to both ends of a stabilizer bar 33. A mounting bracket 19, 29 is respectively suspension provided in the side frame 14, 24, the stabilizer bar is turnably mounted in a lower end of this mounting bracket, and a tip end of the stabilizer arm is mounted respectively turnably in the axle housing or suspension beam. The first/second stabilizer arm is respectively mounted to divergently tilt toward the rearward by 3 to 10 degrees as viewed by plane.
