PURPOSE: An appropriate catalyst with high activity, which residual weight of the catalyst is small in polymers, is provided to equal polymerization/copolymerization with arbitrary olefins, to equal diolefins, and to equal polymerization/copolymerization of the olefins, which supplies thermoplastic activity and an elastomeric product. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing of thermoplastic elastomers are composed bulk(co)polymerizing gas phase, bulk phase, solution phase, or slurry phase of monomer from a group, formed with C2-C8-alpha-olefins, monocyclic and(or) polycyclic C4-C15-diolefins, 1 or 2 halidation C4-C15-dilolefins, vinyl ester, (math)acrylate and styrene, when having an organometallic catalyst which is activated by a co catalyst, using a metallocene compound as an organometallic catalyst between the metallocene compound of a formula (I) and a pi-complex of a formula (XIII).
