METHOD FOR PRODUCING YARN OF SYNTHETIC FIBER CONTAINING CHARCOAL AND PRODUCT USING YARN OF COPPER SYNTHETIC FIBER

PURPOSE: A method for producing a yarn of synthetic fiber containing a charcoal is provided to have the excellent function for removing the bad bacteria and odor and the function for dehumidifying, and to have the excellent function for absorbing sweat. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a synthetic fiber yarn containing a charcoal comprises of processes: drying a base resin as a material of a yarn with hot wind; melting the dried base resin under 200°C; mixing and agitating charcoal powder under 10% in the melted base resin over 90%; and winding by extruding the mixture. The yarn of synthetic fiber containing the charcoal is used to socks, gloves, under wears for women, clothes and so on.
