PURPOSE: A riding rice planting machine is provided which could plant rice at the desired depth more stably and improve the extent of the rice-planting. CONSTITUTION: The machine has fall-and-rise control structure where a rice-planting device(3) is connected with fall-and-rise materials through fall-and-rise link equipment at the rear of a running body(1) and the rice-planting device(3) has double stationary floats(14), which could tremble around the cross shaft, and one of the double stationary floats(14) is a sensor float(14s) having float-sensor by which the height of the stationary float(14) is detected and the automatic control of fall-and-rise is performed to make the trembling position of the sensor float(14s) return to the pre-established standard position within the permission range. And the fall-and-rise control structure further comprises of a detectable means for an angle of inclination(Sc) in either at the running body(1) or at the rice-planting device(3) and a compensating means to compensate the standard position of the sensor float(14s) according to the detection from the detectable means for an angle of inclination(Sc).
