PURPOSE: An atypical electric heat film is provided to use efficiently a heat energy by equipping an energy reflection film and an electromagnetic wave interception film. CONSTITUTION: An atypical electric heat film comprises a pyrogenetic device, a power supply, a power controller, a radiation device, a heat reflection device, and an electromagnetic wave interception device(2). The pyrogenetic device applies heat to a facial pyrogen(4) inside a film when supplying the power. The power supply supplies an electricity to the pyrogenetic device. The power controller controls the power applied to the pyrogenetic device. The radiation device transfers the heat energy from the pyrogenetic device to an outside. The heat reflection device reflects the heat energy from the pyrogenetic device. The electromagnetic wave interception device intercepts the electromagnetic wave from the pyrogenetic device.
