A process for producing motor fuels, namely, dimethyl ether and gasoline fraction by two-stage catalytic conversion of H2 and CO mixture at raised temperatures and pressure, characterized in that during the first stage the initial raw material contacts a catalyst comprising zeolite of ZSM-5 type and metaloxide component comprising % by weight: CuO - 38-64, ZnO - 24-34, Cr2O3 - 0-22, Al2O3 - 6-9, mixed in mass ratio 20-50/80-50, the effluent gas from the first-stage reactor is cooled and separated into liquid fraction and gaseous fraction comprising not converted components of synthesis gas and dimethyl ether, wherein dimethyl ether is further separated from the liquid fraction, and gaseous fraction is separated into two streams - one for mixing with synthesis gas and fed to the first-stage reactor, the second gas stream is fed into the second stage, where, contacting the catalyst comprising zeolite of ZSM-5 type and metaloxide component comprising % by weight: ZnO - 65-70, Cr2O3 - 29-34, W2O5 - 1, mixed in mass ratio 30-99/70-1, dimethyl ether and components of synthesis gas are converted into gasoline fraction, gaseous hydrocarbons and water fraction. 2. The process as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that H2, CO and CO2 mixture is used as initial raw material. 3. The process as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the weight hour space velocity of the gas stream at the input to the first-stage reactor is 10000-30000 hr<-1>. 4. The process as claimed in claims 1 to 3, characterized in that by distillation the water fraction is separated into water and methanol, the water is used for preparing H2, CO and CO2 mixture, and methanol is fed to the second-stage process. 5. The process as claimed in claims 1 to 4, characterized in that for more efficient recovery of dimethyl ether from the gas phase, the first gas stream is fed to a washing column by counter flow with liquid methanol and methanol solution enriched with dimethyl ether is mixed with liquid oxygen-containing products and fed to distiilation. 6. The process for producing motor fuels, namely, dimethyl ether and gasoline fraction by two-stage catalytic conversion of H2 and CO mixture at raised temperatures and pressure, characterized in that during the first stage the initial raw material contacts a catalyst comprising zeolite of ZSM-5 type and metaloxide component comprising % by weight: CuO - 38-64, ZnO - 24-34, Cr2O3 - 0-22, Al2O3 - 6-9, mixed in mass ratio 20-50/80-50, the effluent gas from the first-stage reactor is directly fed to the second stage, where, contacting the catalyst comprising zeolite of ZSM-5 type and metaloxide component comprising % by weight: ZnO - 65-70, Cr2O3 - 29-34, W2O5 - 1, mixed in mass ratio 30-99/70-1, dimethyl ether and components of synthesis gas are converted into gasoline fraction, gaseous hydrocarbons and water fraction. 7. The process as claimed in claims 6 and 7, characterized in that the weight hour space velocity of the gas stream at the input to the first-stage reactor is 10000-30000 hr<-1>. 8. The process as claimed in claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the water fraction, comprising water and methanol is used for preparing H2, CO and CO2 mixture.
