<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temp. control system of a ball screw drive device which eliminates a temp. difference between a front side and a rear side ball screw(B/ S) and stabilizes axial feeding, and realizes high quality working. SOLUTION: As for a punch/laser beam combined machine, in a temp. control system of a twin ball screw for positioning in the Y axis travel, temp. sensors 1f, 1r are arranged to respective prescribed position of front/rear sides of the twin ball screw drive device, and a cooling mechanism KC, in which a temp. difference between both is minimized or is reduced to zero, is arranged. Monitoring and temp. control are made possible in collaboration with a NC device.</p> |
