摘要 1. An acetabular cup of hip joint endoprosthesis assembly comprising a thin-walled conic ring with a self-threading thread and a hole on the upper base; a conic polymer insert with a recess at the base tightly fitted in the ring and having a semi-spherical open cavity for putting the prosthesis head; a porous disk non-detachably fixed on the upper base of the insert, characterized in that the upper bases of the conic ring and the disk are spherical with one center, wherein the outer surface of the porous disk which contacts bony tissue has radius 1.01-1.10 times greater than the radius of the conical ring sphere and with open pores, and an opposite and side surfaces are designed with mainly closed pores, wherein from the side of the bottom base the conic ring has a protrusion with a chamfer for fixing the polymer insert with a recess. 2. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the protrusion with a chamfer is at least 1 mm. 3. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the chamfer angle is at least 5 degree . 4. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that a hole in the upper base of the conic ring is all round the diameter of which is greater the diameter of the porous disk by 0.8-2.0 of the average pore size of the porous disk. 5. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that an angle of the conic ring and the polymer insert is less 15 degree . 6. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the thread turns have conic or spherical initial chamfer, the size of which is not less the turn height, and the angle ranges between 20-60 degree to the cup axis. 7. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the rise angle of the thread turns on the conic ring ranges between 1-10 degree . 8. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the upper base, the outer conic and threaded surfaces are provided with macro or micro projections, wherein the size of macroprojections is comparable with the disk pore sizes, and the size of microprojections is comparable with the pore sizes of spongy bony tissue. 9. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the conic ring is produced of forged pure titanium or titanium alloy, the porous disk is produced from titanium powder, fiber or net, and polymer insert is produced from superhighlymolecular polyethylene. 10. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the inner surface of the polymer insert cavity is metal coated preferably using alloys based on cobalt, chromium and molybdenum with alloying components. 11. An acetabular cup as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the surfaces of the conic ring and the porous disk contacting bony tissues are additionally coated with bioinert material of titanium or aluminum oxides or of hydroxyapatite.
