PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive product high in bending modulus while using staple fibers difficult to develop strength enhancing action of bending strength or the like as fibers in a multilayered foam wherein a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet is laminated and bonded to at least the single surface of a polystyrenic resin foam. SOLUTION: In a multilayered foam wherein a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet is laminated and bonded to at least the single surface of a polystyrenic resin foam, the fiber reinforced polystyrenic resin consists of 20-95 wt.% of (A) a polystyrenic copolymer having a carbon-containing polar group (i), 0-75 wt.% of (B) a polystyrenic resin containing a carbon-containing polar group (ii) and 5-40 wt.% of (C) staple fibers (iii).
