PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink fit-in device by which a second member being one of two members to be shrink-fitted-in is accelerated by exerting a magnetic force and shrink-fitted-in a first member, being the other of the two members, by collision. SOLUTION: An accelerating device 26 to accelerate a second member 10 in a direction in which the second member approaches a first member 12 comprises a stator 36 arranged along the moving direction of the second member; a coil 42 arranged at the stator; and a magnetic field control device 46 to excite the coil to generate a magnetic field and progress a generated magnetic field in the moving direction of a second member. Further, the second member forms a rotor in cooperation with the stator, the coil, and the magnetic field control device to constitute a linear motor 47.
