摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a relative position among a tapered guide pin, a perforated part and the other side electrode, further to decide a relative position between the tapered guide pin and a steel plate made part as well and to remarkably improve the precision of a weld position between the perforated part and the steel plate made part by making a tapered part of the tapered guide pin coincident with the tapered hole of the perforated part. SOLUTION: A tapered part 29 is formed in a tapered guide pin 6 of one side electrode 5, a tapered hole 14 is formed in a perforated part 12 which is held with a holding guide pin 11 of the other side electrode 10, and the holding guide pin 11 of the other side electrode is pushed down and successively the tapered guide pin 6 penetrates a prepared hole 17 of a steel plate made part 16. Almost simultaneously, the tapered part 29 is made to coincide with the tapered hole 14 of the tapered part.
