PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole plate of a concrete casting form capable of promoting flowability of concrete in the form. SOLUTION: A concrete casting form is constituted of an upper frame 100 consisting of an upper net 110 and side nets 120 on both sides thereof and a lower frame 200 consisting of a sole bottom 210 and side plates 220 raised on both sides thereof. Then, slits having the direction in height are provided at specific intervals, and the lower frame is so constituted that it can be bent in the direction of the height by the slits. Both side nets of the upper frame are so constituted that they can be positioned to the outsides of both side plates of the lower frame in a state to cover the upper frame on the lower frame.
