<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wet oxidizing treatment reaction well without outer heating needed and with the liquid phase state maintained. SOLUTION: This treatment is provided with a process in which waste water containing at least one of nitrogen compounds, organic material, and inorganic material is subjected to wet oxidizing treatment while it is kept at a temperature of 100 deg.C higher and at pressure at which part of the waste water is maintained in the liquid phase, in the presence of a deposited catalyst, and in the presence of high purity oxygen containing gas (oxygen concentration of 80% or more) required for decomposing into nitrogen and/or carbon dioxide and water, a process in which at least part of the high temperature liquid phase obtained by primary gas-liquid separation after the wet oxidizing treatment is circulated and mixed with the waste water before the wet oxidizing treatment, a process in which heat exchange is performed between the high temperature gas-liquid phase from the primary gas-liquid separation and the waste water before the wet oxidizing treatment, the gas-liquid phase is cooled and is subjected to secondary gas-liquid separation, a process in which the liquid phase obtained by the secondary gas-liquid separation is subjected to biological treatment, and a process in which excess sludge generated in the biological treatment is circulated and mixed with the waste water.</p> |
