PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically reflect the intention of an information provider and the judgement of a user on a charging amount by deciding the charging amount for each distribution of contents corresponding to the number of times of distributing the contents within a fixed period. SOLUTION: A transaction system 1 counts the number of times of distributing the contents to the user 30 by distribution means such as a satellite wave 12, a ground wave 10, a cable 8 and the internet 6 from the information provider such as a broadcaster 2 and a contents provider 4. The number of times of distributing them within the fixed period such as the one from the point of time of starting the distribution of the contents until the present point of time is counted as a distribution number. Corresponding to a system set beforehand the charging amount for each distribution of the contents is decided as 0 yen, 100 yen and 200 yen respectively corresponding to the time when the distribution number is less than 1,000 times, the time when it is equal to or more than 1,000 times and less than 10,000 times and the time when it is equal to or more than 10,000 times. The user takes the charging amount into consideration and receives distribution based on the latest distribution number. |
