摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve current detection sensitivity and reduce noise by thinning the total thickness of magneto-electric conversion part and raising the magnetic flux sensitivity. SOLUTION: A cramp type current sensor is provided at least with a magnetic core consisting of a lower side core part 26, one vertical side core part 24 and the like, a magneto-electric converter 31 arranged in between the lower side core part 27 and the touch surface 24b of one vertical side core part 24, and a flexible substrate arranged on the lower side 26 freely electrically connected with the magnetoelectric converter 31. The magnetoelectric converter 31 is formed with an insulation layer 32 provided on the opposite side of the touch surface 24b of the one vertical side part 24 in the lower core part 26, the magnetoelectric conversion element 31 arranged on the insulation layer 32, an electrode 34 withdrawn from the magnetoelectric conversion element 31 and a protection film 35 covered around the part. The flexible substrate is provided with a notch part 46 at the opposite part so that the touch surface 24b of the one vertical side core part 24 directly touches the protection film 35.</p>
