PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the adjustment document of transportation fares easily preparable without inputting get-on and get-off stations and fares or the like by manual works by designating positions on a displayed map and by outputting the transportation fares in accordance with these plural position information. SOLUTION: A station corresponding to get-on position and a station corresponding to get-off station are designated through a tablet 13 each time with respect to map data including the railload map displayed on a liquid crystal part 12 at get-on and get-off stations of a railload. Station name data are stored in a get-on and get-off data memory in an RAM 16 successively by being related to present date and time data which are measured by a clock circuit 17. As a result, transportation fares between respective get-on and get-off sections and the total (calculation) amount of money are retrieved and calculated based on table data for retrieving the routes and for retrieving the transportation fares which are stored in a storage device 15 as a database and the items of them are automatically inputted on a prescribed traveling fare calculation format which is stored in the data memory of a traveling adjustment document and are prepared and displayed as a traveling adjustment document.
