PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a prescribed number of transactions within a prescribed time even if it is temporally at random. SOLUTION: A basic data input part 11 is used for inputting basic data DH such as an operation table for an OLTP system necessary for the generation of transaction data DC', prescribed time and the generation number of transactions to be executed within the prescribed time. An operation part 12 finds out transaction generation intervals in the prescribed time corresponding to a prescribed number of times by using random numbers and calculates the generation timing of transactions based on the operation result.
