PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect with a high accuracy in a state a high frequency circuit unit is surely shielded. SOLUTION: In a lead wire insertion hole of aluminum block 2, a lead wire of a high frequency circuit unit U is inserted and an operation lever 10 is turned, and then probe pin holding stages 3 and 5 are driven, the probe pins in the left and right are respectively inserted in the insertion holes and pushed to the side of the lead wires inside as a reciprocal mechanism is provided. Simultaneously, an upper member elevation mechanism is provided so that a shield cover 8 lowers and covers a high frequency circuit unit to shield.
