PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem generated by a capacitor for feedback. SOLUTION: In this laminated piezoelectric transformer, counter electrodes 5 and 6 with which AC power sources are connected are formed on the front and rear faces of partial areas, and piezoelectric layers 2a-2j are laminated, and an output terminal 17 for generating a voltage according to excitation by a vibrating part 13 is formed at the edge part, and capacitor electrodes 21a and 21b for feedback are formed on the front and rear faces of any piezoelectric layer so that a capacitor 20 for feedback can be constituted. Thus, it is not necessary to provide any outer capacitor electrode for feedback, and it is not necessary to provide any wiring of a feedback circuit at a high voltage side. Therefore, it is not necessary to apply a capacitor for feedback with breakdown strength, and it is possible to reduce the number of parts, and to simplify circuit design. |
