PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize statistical information about the frequency of use of various telephone functions for the improvement of a telephone terminal by generating the statistic information about the frequency of use for each telephone function by a center device, based on the accumulated frequency of use information of various telephone functions from each telephone terminal. SOLUTION: This statistical system for the use frequency of telephone set functions of this invention consists of telephone terminals 1,2-1,2-2 and 6 each having an accumulated frequency of use information storage means that stores accumulated frequency of use information for various telephone functions and a center device 7 that receives the accumulated frequency of use information sent automatically from the telephone terminals via communication channels 3 periodically, and a statistical information generator 7b of the center device 7 generates statistical information about frequency of use of each telephone function, based on the accumulated frequency of use information.
