The receiver 200 selects (j) pieces of vij (j=0,..., f-1) (1<=f<k) to be received from the received vi (210), disturbs them by the generated random number rj (230) and sends them to the transmitter 100 as interrogation information xj. In the transmitter, (u) is removed from xj (140) and the output wj is decoded (150) and sent to the receiver 200 as reply information yj. In the receiver 200, rj is removed from yj and mij is obtained (240).
