PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video intercom system with a video recording function for which there is no recording omission of visitors. SOLUTION: This video intercom system comprises an image detection means 12 that displays a visitor, an image analysis means 13, that discriminates whether or not a human body of the visitor is in existence in an image detected by the image detection means 12, and a video recording means 4 that records an image which includes at least the face of the visitor, when the image analysis means 13 discriminated it as human body.
