PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-radiative dielectric line having satisfactory characteristics with small reflection in a signal attenuation area while improving mass productivity so as to enable production without requiring complicated structure or high accuracy concerning the non-radiative dielectric line having the signal attenuation area to function as a terminator or attenuator. SOLUTION: This line A is constituted by interposing a dielectric strip composed of ceramics between a pair of parallel plane conductors 1a and 1b. In this case, a signal attenuation area B constituted by holding a strip 3 for attenuation composed of ceramics having Q value lower than that of the ceramics between a pair of parallel plane conductors 1a and 1b is formed in the middle or at the terminal of a dielectric line C.
