PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printed-circuit board fixing device which can easily and reliably fix printed circuit boards having different heights through simple operations without substantially projection from an upper face (or front face) of a case. SOLUTION: A fixing device 20 includes a fixing plate 21 having at least one guide groove 24, and a depressing member 30 made of a resilient material one end of which is fixed to the fixing plate 21 and the other end of which is slidably mounted along the guide groove 24. The fixing device 20 is mounted in a case 1 on printed circuit boards 5, the other end of the depressing member 30 is slid along the guide groove 24, the depressing member 30 is bent downwards to be press contacted with the boards 5.
