PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water-proof filter from clogging by providing a plurality of ventilating openings close to each other on the wall surface of a controller, while the water-proof filter for presenting a specified space part is provided at a rear surface part of the ventilating opening so that the dirt and water coming-in through the ventilating opening are stored in the space. SOLUTION: A plurality of ventilating openings 18-1 and 18-2 are provided close to each other on a wall surface 16w of a controller 16, while a waterproof filter 22 is provided at the rear surface part of the ventilating openings 18-1 and 18-2 for presenting a specified space part 20. Thus, the dirt and water coming-in through the ventilating openings 18-1 and 18-2 are stored for preventing the waterproof filter 22 from clogging. With the area of the waterproof filter 22 larger than the opening area of the ventilating openings 18-1 and 18-2, the clogging of the waterproof filter 22 is prevented with sure, while the clogging is prevented with more sureness when the ventilating openings 18-1 and 18-2 are formed on the vertical wall surface of the controller 16.
