PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spectacles capable of preventing a slip by building pulling spring members and pressing spring members and further a supporting member having a large coefficient of friction in pad parts in the spectacles, thereby constituting a slip preventive mechanism. SOLUTION: The spectacles to be mounted in front of the eyes of the face consist of lenses 1, frames 3 for fitting these lenses 1, slender members 1 to be put on the frames 3 and the ears existing in the side parts of the face and the supporting part 2 for properly holding the spacings between the lenses L mounted at the frames 3 and the eyes. The pulling spring members 1a and the pressing spring members 1b are assembled so as to allow the cooperation of the pulling force Fa in a longitudinal direction and the pressing force Fb acting on the face via the supporting part 2 when the spectacles are mounted. Further, the supporting part 2 to be pressed to the base part of the nose is formed of a soft member having the large coefficient of friction, by which the slip preventive constitution is composed and the slip of the spectacles from the front of the eyes may be prevented.
