PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cost from easily increasing even if the number of clients increases and to reduce a trouble and cost for maintaining the clients or a CPU processing. SOLUTION: In a document management method, a server 1 and the arbitrary number of clients 3 are arranged on a network 7, the server preserves and manages a document and supplies it to a client 3-side. A server-side is constituted as a web server and the client-side as web client. Communication between the server and the clients is executed. Management data on a document being a management object and an electronized document are inputted from the client and are sent to the server. Document management data are accumulated in a data base in the server and the electronized document is preserved in the file system of the server. |
