摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability and cost efficiency and improve demand control including evacuating process (slide-up function), by grouping the components of equipment into observation system, processing system and transfer command system, and arranging the systems in such a manner that the systems can be separated. SOLUTION: A power demand controller X comprises an observation system A including a supply wattmeter 1, a pulse converter 2 and a pulse transmitter 3, a processing system B including a transmitting wave transmitter-receiver 4 and a processor 5 for control comprising a control input section 5a, a computing section 5b, a precedence-dependent equipment starting and stopping means 51, a time-dependent equipment starting and stopping means 52 and a control output section 5c, and a transfer command system C including a transmitting wave repeater 6 and a spread spectrum communication means for transmission from the transmitting wave repeater 6 to equipment 9 to be demand-controlled through power lines 10 for load. The systems A, B and C are installed so that they are independent of one another and can be separated from one another, and the systems are linked with one another so that they can communicate with one another by specific small power over the air.</p>
