PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presenting device which adds and presents additional information on a screen on which time series data changing with the elapse of time like animation are presented while taking matching to presented time series data. SOLUTION: This device contains a data inputting means 101 which inputs time series data changing in accordance with the elapse of time, an additional information inputting means 104 which inputs additional information that is associated with the time series data inputted by the data inputting means, a transforming means 105 which transforms the additional information based on the correlation of the time series data and the additional information inputted by the additional information inputting means and a presenting means 103 which synthesizes the additional information transformed by the transforming means and the time series data and presents them.
