PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication system which transmits visit information to a visitor such as an actual or potential customer. SOLUTION: This system includes a transmitter means 16 which transmits information suitable to a position in facilities like retailer facilities 10 that the customer 20 is visiting or a position relative to the facilities to a customer 20. In the case of the retailer store, a portable communication device 24 like a terminal device put in an electronic wallet or on a trolley moving together with the customer 20 receives the sent information and sends purchase information to the customer 20. The suitably sent information is processed exclusively for the customer 20 and a communication device 24 can filter the information so that only the purchase information important to the customer is transmitted.
