PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To halt the crime for destroying an object to be prevented from being stolen such as an automatic vending machine in the middle by steppedly generating alarm sounds corresponding to the lapse of time when impact is applied repeatedly at the time of the crime is repeated. SOLUTION: When a theft performs an action for destroying the door of an object which should be prevented from being stolen such as an automatic vending machine, an impact sensor 1 set inside the object which should be prevented from being stolen detects an impact at the time of destruction as the change signal of a voltage. When any specific impact applied to the object to be prevented from being stolen is inputted through an impact sensor 1, a controller 2 selectively detects the levels of the AC components, and certifies and detects the AC components in a prescribed level or more as an impact generated due to the crime. Then, stepped alarm signals preliminarily programmed corresponding to the lapse of a time when an impact at the time of a crime is repeated are generated as any level 1 alarm signal, level 2 alarm signal, and level 3 alarm signal. That is, an alarm 4 generates an alarm sound according thereto.
