PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a complete electronic hardware constitutional element design for other designs by expressing a behavior description in an electronic system as a 1st object, refining the behavior description as a 2nd object and storing one of plural 2nd objects. SOLUTION: Hardware design 53 is executed by using a class library, the behavior description of an implementable electronic system is expressed as a 1st object 55. The 1st object 55 is grouped in a class 57, the new class 57 is integrated into a class library to form an extended class library 59. The behavior description of the library 59 is refined as a 2nd object 63 and one of 2nd objects 63 is stored by implementable description so as to be reused for 2nd electronic system design 61.
