IMAGE PROCESSOR, ITS CONTROLLING METHOD AND COMPUTER READABLE MEMORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of efficiently executing an operation in image edit processing to provide its controlling method and a computer readable memory. SOLUTION: A CPU 6 compares 1st resolution being the display resolution of a CRT 1 with 2nd resolution for inputted image data. The change of the degree of a vignette editing effect is instructed, and resolution in vignette edit processing is decided based on comparison results and instruction contents. The inputted image data are produced into image data of the decided resolution. The vignette edit processing is applied to the produced image data.
