PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and exactly read the bar codes recorded on an original film. SOLUTION: A sticking device 62 moves a moving base 82 and an arm part 88 by the drive of a servo motor 74 along the transverse direction of a negative film N. As a result, a pressing roller 98 disposed on the moving base moves on a tacky adhesive tape 40 of a negative bar 16 to adhere the tacky adhesive tape to the negative film. Simultaneously therewith, a bar code reader 112 disposed in the arm part moves and reads the bar codes 152 recorded on the negative film.
