PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material and an image forming device for a laser image which show high sharpness, high sensitivity, low fog, little inhomogeneity in development and good density stability, and to provide an image forming system using both. SOLUTION: This heat developable photosensitive material F contains org. silver salts, a binder, photosensitive silver halides and a reducing agent on a supporting body, and is developed by supplying light energy during heat development from light sources 1, 2 at wavelengths different from those in the photosensitive wavelength region. The image forming device is used for the heat developable photosensitive material F containing org. silver salts, a binder, photosensitive silver halides and a reducing agent on a supporting body, and is equipped with light sources 1, 2 for development to supply light energy during heat development at wavelengths different from these in the photosensitive wavelength region. An image is formed by using the heat developable photographic sensitive material F and the above described image forming device.
