PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the production stage simple and efficient and to reduce the production cost by arranging and holding plural kinds of electronic parts to be inserted in a circuit board formed on a combined substrate in previously set insertion order and inserting the electronic parts in the circuit board in accordance with this insertion order at the time of inserting the electronic parts. SOLUTION: Plural kinds of electronic parts 82 are arranged and held in the previously set insertion order. At the time of inserting the electronic parts 82, the leg parts of the electronic parts 82 (resistance 82a, transistor 82b and capacitor 82c) held by part holding tapes 80 and 81 are cut in the insertion order and the electronic parts 82 whose legs are cut are successively inserted in the circuit board 72 formed on the combined substrate 70 and moved to a parts insertion position 74.
