PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head terminal fitted to a car plug more simply. SOLUTION: This nearly cylindrical head terminal made of a conductive metal and fitted to the tip of a car plug mounted on a cigaret socket in an automobile is provided with a flange section 21 at the boundary between a barrel section 23 and a tip section 24 and a release stop section 22 at the boundary between the barrel section 23 and a rear end section 25. The head terminal is fitted to the cap of the car plug when it is pressed in from the tip section 24.
