PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To write/read still images at high speed with few connector signal line numbers. SOLUTION: Analog nonvolatile semiconductor memories 21-2k in a memory chip 1 stores a color interleaved analog image signal 11 is inputted from a host device as an analog signal in response to a CLK signal 12 synchronously with the signal 11. Then, a signal processing section 30 calculates the luminance information of plural pixel positions read from the memories as the analog value to converts the signals into color image data with the analog luminance information of each color for every pixel and outputs them.
