PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reasonably constitute an editing device capable of unerringly editing the magnetic data of a magnetic information part on a photographic film. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a reading head 34 for reading the data of a camera track on the side opposite to perforations with respect to a feed path for feeding the film 2, and a writing head 35 for writing the data. And the device is provided with a writing controller 5 for changing data for setting the number of printed sheets among all the data read by the reading head 34 as for one frame of the camera track to a necessary value, and then, for writing all the changed data as for one frame through a writing head 35 in the camera track 20 forming position.
