PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make data readable from a magnetic recording part at a constant cycle relatively with respect to the magnetic recording part of a film even when the film feed speed is fluctuated. SOLUTION: The moving quantity of a film 11 in film-feeding is detected by a film moving quantity detecting means 13. The moving speed of the film 11 is calculated by a CPU 17 based on the film moving quantity detected by the means 13, in accordance with the moving speed, a reading cycle which is regarded as a constant cycle relatively with reference to the magnetic recording part of the film 11 is calculated, and the data of the magnetic recording part is read by a magnetic signal amplifying means 15 at the calculated constant cycle.
