PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorbing panel structure for a glass curtain wall having satisfactory radio wave absorbing characteristics to the radio waves over a wide frequency range in various incident angles. SOLUTION: The glass, an air layer, a radio wave absorber and a reflector are arranged in this order. In this case, as the structure of the radio wave absorber, a ferrite plate 2 having width A of 5 to 9 mm and thickness B of 15 to 22 mm is used, the ferrite plates are arranged with the gap plate of 70 to 84% in the electric field direction of coming radio waves and continuously in a magnetic field direction and the ferrite plates 2 are fixed in grooves on the bottom of a box-shaped metal case 1.
