PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of virtual images even if a key matrix having switches of a state-holding type is mixed with switches of a state-non-holding type, and to improve the visibility of the on/off state of a power supply. SOLUTION: When a power switch 11 is turned 'on' with the buttons of a switch 21, of a switch 22, and of a switch 23 pressed at the same time, a sub-CPU 12 outputs to a main CPU 13 signals expressing the state of respective switches in a key matrix 10 plus a signal expressing the state of the power switch 11. The main CPU 13 finds the on state of respective switches from the signals outputted by the sub-CPU and checks whether their combination agree with a predetermined combination. If it agree with the predetermined combination, it is judged that a command corresponding to this has been issued.
